Title Deeds
| You may be dealing with someone you think is the owner of the property, but it may well be that they are not. The Title Deeds of a property will include the name of the owner so you can be sure who you are dealing with. Title Deeds will also help to find out if a charge (mortgage or loan) is held over the property. This will show whether or not the current owner has to pay off that charge or if he will receive all the payment. The Title Deeds allow you to see the plan of the property and the boundaries. Check out these sites for details of how to get access to the Title Deeds of the property. |
