Disbursements on purchase :
Stamp Duty 1% of the purchase price when the purchase
price is between £60,001.00 & 250,000.00,
between £250,001 and £500,000 it is 3% and
over £500,000.00 the duty is 4%
H M Land Registry fee Calculated on a sliding scale
depending on the purchase price as detailed below.
Local Authority Search fee Varied according to the
Local Authority. In Kirklees they are currently £99.00,
in Calderdale £84.70. Drainage Enquiries £17.63
with Yorkshire Water.
However, we offer the service of Personal Searches
at a cost of £90.00 which also includes the drainage
enquiry.
